Yoga Bootcamp! - January 16th to February 10th
The great Yogi Patanjali once wrote that on the spiritual journey, we must become as gardeners. So start your day off right by tilling the soil of mind, body, and spirit and harvest a life that works. Join Katie and Tom for four weeks, each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning from 6-7 AM to increase strength, improve flexibility, eliminate toxins, and rediscover energy. Each one hour session will include asana (yoga postures), pranayama (energy control and Yogic breathing) and meditation. 

 
12 Sessions, $150, MWF 6-7 AM.  All levels welcome! Make the leap
