Restorative Yoga 

Reconnect, relax, and reinvigorate your body and mind.  Restore your body, welcome balance back into the body and mind.  Restorative Yoga classes use props to support the postures; when the body is supported, the body is able to relax and open, releasing tension and stored-up toxins.  So bring your body into complete surrender, allowing the mind to quiet, the breath to flow fully, and welcoming reflection as non-essentials fall away.  Restorative Yoga class is beneficial at any age, during pregnancy and for anyone recovering from injury, surgery, or illness.
