Kundalini Yoga is an ancient technology which incorporates breathing, yoga postures, mantras, mudras and meditation. These elements are used in specific combinations called kriyas. By practicing a kriya one's creative energy (kundalini) is stimulated to flow and circulate up the spine, bringing the body, mind and spirit together in an integrated experience of the self.
Each Kundalini yoga class is unique and will stimulate specific areas of the body's energy, hormonal, circulatory or physical systems.
