Summer's almost here so its time to wake up and shake off the rust with Yoga Bootcamp. Start your day off with a bang and get your jouices flowing (we'll get OJ for aferwards) and feel better than you have in months.
Join Kate for four weeks, each Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning from 6-7 AM to increase strength, improve flexibility, eliminate toxins, and rediscover energy. Each one hour session will include vigorous asana (yoga postures), pranayama (energy control and Yogic breathing) and meditation.
